Ï㽶ÊÓƵ second year Computer Science students have been collaborating with the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) on a recent project.

The project sought to enhance the UKHSAs Reproducible Analytical Pipelines (RAP) compliance. RAP is a set of standards adopted within the civil service to increase development efficiency, code quality and reliability.

The team worked with GitHub Workflows to automate the running of linters and Unit tests. These were designed to improve code quality by Data Analysts working on a range of UKHSA projects.

The project was demonstrated to senior leaders and engineers within UKHSA.

Many thanks to Craig Shenton and Kat Paes for facilitating this opportunity.
