Anna Sorsby
Summary
I have a BSc (Honours) in Nutrition Health and Lifestyle and an MSc in Nutrition and Public Health Management, both from Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ. I am a Registered Nutritionist and Course Leader for BSc (Hons) Nutrition Diet and Lifestyle and BSc (Hons) Nutrition and Public Health. I have been a lecturer at Ïã½¶ÊÓÆµ since 2008 . I have also been involved in a variety of research projects focusing on weight management, behaviour change and physical activity, including programmes such as Small Changes, Be Active, and Moving Forward. I have a particular interest in the role of dietary fibre and seaweed in appetite control and health.
