From an industry and applied academic background, Dean is passionate about supporting and developing enterprising and entrepreneurial individuals and those who support them including self-employed, employed and charities. Action learning and enterprise pedagogy is at the heart of Dean's teaching and learning where reflection, fun and deep learning are key to behavioural change.
