About
My role as part of the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Institute leadership team is to lead the development and growth of strategy, policy and initiatives which support and underpin the Institute’s research focus and research active staff.
I design and operationalise many different initiatives with in the Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Institute, and have developed and manages a proactive dedicated research support team who lead on; postgraduate research admissions, PGR administration, pre and post-award grant support, the REF, internal and external events, comms, research culture activity support, health & safety and more… everything a thriving research institute would undertake.
I'm also co-leads on a university project to improve and automate our PGR systems, which is a large scale continuous improvement project, and a systems and culture shift from manual to automated PGR systems across the University. I am the Association of Ï㽶ÊÓƵ Managers and Administrators (ARMA) Special Interest Group Lead.
