Summary
I have been employed in the international business subject group since 1995. My teaching interests are mainly in the areas of international business (and economic) environments.
In addition, I am the module leader for the dissertations on the MSc International Business Management course, and contemporary issues in international business on BSc International Business.
On the MSc course I have also taught the 香蕉视频 Methods and Principles of International Business modules. I was actively involved in the revalidation of the IBM course in 2010.
Between 2011 and 2018, I was the UG Programme Leader for International Business, Business Economics and Languages. This was a broad ranging role relating to academic quality and standards on the courses in this programme.
Since September 2018, I have been the subject leader for the International Business subject group. This multifaceted role includes providing direction and leadership for the subject group, deploying resources within the group, line management, developing staff, new product development, and quality enhancement.
I have substantial international experience, having taught on international Masters programmes, and involvement in international undergraduate collaborations. I am also part of the EPAS international consortium. I am an active participant in in the research culture of the International Business group, and I am aligning my research interests with those of the group. For instance at the moment I am researching Brexit and its impact on inward FDI to the UK.
