I completed my Doctorate in Professional Issues in 2017 and my post doctoral work has focused on workforce and workforce transformation. I undertake ethics and Doctoral application reviews for the university and am a PhD supervisor. I am gaining experience in research grant applications and am part of two NIHR project teams. I lead the South Yorkshire AHP Council Ï㽶ÊÓƵ and Innovation group and have been invited to speak at national events and conferences.

I have established an ultrasound training academy and secured funding for a significant number of practice educators in this role to support education and training of the future workforce.

Regionally, I am part of the leadership team of the North East and Yorkshire (NEY) Reporting Radiographer group, NEY ultrasound deep dive group, Medical Physics group and the NEY workforce leads group.
