The evaluation aimed to gain a better understanding of the impact of Weston Park’s Cancer Support Centre in relation to a number of key areas including:

the number of people helped;
how help was accessed;
the type of help received and the service used.

The evaluation explored the quality of support received, levels of satisfaction and the impact of support and provided guidance on future impact measurement.
