CMLE exists to introduce people to the principles and practices of mindful life enhancement.

Mindfulness involves meditation [including the Four Immeasurables: Loving kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity], mindful movement and informal practices, many drawn from Positive Psychology, such as gratitude, savouring, generosity, and challenging negative thinking.

The Centre runs courses both online and in person in Sheffield.  There are many guided meditations on both the above websites, as well as videos of mindful movement, and explanations of mindfulness and meditation.  All these are free to use and download.

We welcome everyone interested in exploring mindfulness and meditation, although we do not run activities for young children.

For current information on courses and other activities please contact John
