After graduating in 2015 with a degree in events management, Max Scotford set up Bullion, the region’s first bean-to-bar chocolate company.
"On the completion of my degree, I launched Bullion. I received a lot of support from Sheffield Hallam enterprise team, who supported me with mentors, seminars and with £5,000 to start the business.
"We launched thirteen months ago, and since then we’ve been featured in Vogue twice, and are stocked in high-end retailers like Harvey Nichols.
"The next step is to launch internationally."
