CRESR worked with the Nationwide Foundation as the Evaluation and Learning Partner for its Decent Affordable Homes (DAH) strategy and funding programmes. The project aims were to evaluate and learn from the progress of the Foundation’s three programmes and their contribution towards the overall outcomes for DAH, and to help the Foundation with its continuous learning as a grant making organisation.

The project team also includes Julian Dobson (Urban Pollinators).
