Register for support

Register for support

For an appointment with a Wellbeing Practitioner, you first need to register with the service.

Once you have registered, you will get an email with a link to book an appointment with a Wellbeing Practitioner. Appointments are available via face-to-face, online (via MS Teams) or phone.

Note: You cannot register on behalf of someone else. If you are concerned about another student, please email us or see our Information for Parents and Supporters

You can also find information about other support services on the urgent help page.

Once you have booked an appointment, it is important that you attend. Read our attendance policy for more information.

Support for alumni

After leaving university, you can continue to access the Student Wellbeing website and any of the self help materials which do not require a registration or access to a student email address. If you have recently graduated or left the university, you can access the platform for up to 6 months as long as you joined the online community with your student email address before you left.
