E-visa workshop

If you are studying in the UK under a Student visa you will need to activate your eVisa before you get your immigration documents checked and enrol. From 6 January, the International Experience team will be offering a daily support workshop at 3pm if you have any questions about how to do this.

Before attending a workshop, please activate your Hallam I.T. account and connect your device to University Wi-Fi.

To book in for the eVisa Workshop please contact Hallam Help by phone or at a help point. Once you're booked in, you will be told the location of the workshop.

Getting your immigration documents checked

All students who have declared a nationality which is not British or Irish must attend an on-campus document checking appointment as part of the enrolment process.
